Beeswax Candle in Wisteria Glaze Cup

Hand poured beeswax candle in small tea/sake cup. Although this candle has not been "scented", it releases a beautiful warm honey scent when lit.

The beeswax used is sourced from local hives in Brisbane/Meanjin.

The cup is made of 'Minoyaki' porcelain, fired at a high temperature and hand finished at the Gura kiln in Gifu, Japa.

Beeswax burns cleaner than other types of candle waxes, it does not produce soot, and because of the higher burning temperature, it creates a brighter flame.
